How do I book an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?

At Flamingo House Spa in Nanaimo, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% service fee before booking your next appointment, unless you find a replacement. A no-show will be charged 100% of the service fee before re-booking. If you arrive late, your session ends at the original time booked, with the full service fee still applicable. Your first reschedule is free with more than 24 hours notice; see our policy page for the full terms.
