Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to end at the original scheduled time, and the full service fee will still apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will incur a 20% surcharge on your next visit. By submitting this message, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book by submitting the form above, calling or texting 778-855-2256, or messaging us on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Do you require a deposit?

A 20% deposit is required to secure couple service appointments. Single-person appointments do not require a deposit but please note our 24-hour cancellation policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are free. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 20% service fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No, Flamingo House Spa is by appointment only. Please book in advance to guarantee your time slot.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at 951 Dufferin Street.

What are your hours?
